Welcome to my online home. I write historical romance. Coming soon, my first medieval romance series, Knights of Longing, is for died-in-the-wool romance readers who love resilient and flawed heroes and heroines along with a generous sprinkling of adventure and intrigue in their happily-ever-after stories. None of the characters start out as wide-eyed innocents. They have all been tested by hardship and heartache. A common theme throughout the books is gaining the courage to take a risk on a second chance at love.
All books in this series share the same exotic and gritty world set in the England or France of the 1280s, during the reign of King Edward I, the infamous “Hammer of the Scots” of Braveheart fame. However, King Edward was also an intelligent and effective king who loved his queen and was heartbroken when she died. And he has the unwavering loyalty of the hero of my first book, Ranulf the Black Dragon.
